我們即將於 2021/09/07 舉行 師大物理&淡江物理 線上專題研究成果發表會，感謝大家的熱情參與。

此次發表會使用的會議平台為Whova，請大家留意收件區的信件，我們已寄出進入Whova會議軟體連結的信件(格式如附件，可能會被歸到垃圾郵件，請留意)。請利用信件中的連結自由編輯個人圖片資訊或上傳youtube影片連結。

以下彙整一些信件中的重要訊息。

口頭發表者(包含公用實驗室介紹)只需編輯個人資料即可，無需上傳預錄影片。
壁報發表者須在9/2前預錄一段10分鐘內影片，可使用Powerpoint 軟體輸出成.mp4檔，將影片上傳到私人youtube並分享連結至Whova會議軟體，每個人有不同的連結網址，請參考Whova寄出的信。

會議當天需於Poster議程時段與其他參與者在線上即時互動回答問題。

The oral presenter is not necessary to prepare the recordings in advance. Only poster presenters must do the recordings in advance.
