Subject: Announcement of the Guidelines for the “2026 MOE Subsidy Directions for Encouraging Universities to Select Students to Study Abroad”
Description:
1. This announcement is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Education Directive No. 1142502292A, dated November 4, 2025.
2. The guidelines and related application forms are provided in the attachments for reference.
3. There is no limit on the number of nominations. Departments are requested to upload the Student Information Form and Departmental Nomination List (electronic files) to https://forms.office.com/r/UfbxNPGsed by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Please also submit hard copies of other application materials (including the Student Information Form, Nomination List, and all relevant supporting documents) to OICSA for further processing.
